The town was somewhat underwhelming. It was barely even a town - just a tiny collection of houses nestled at the unforgiving feet of the Nibel mountains, kept alive by the grace of ShinRa. It was in the middle of nowhere and useless except as a convenient spot for a mako reactor. Most of Sephiroth’s team had never even heard of the place before.
